Ark Gallery of Mermaid Cafe arranged an exhibition title Intelligent Metal Empire (union one) by contemporary photographer Amirul Rajiv from 14 April to 17 April at Cox'sbazaar.  After the group exhibition 'Objects In Mirror' at Drik Gallery from 4 April to 10 April 2008 by Amirul Rajiv, Munem wasif, Sanjida Shahid Sunny and Bruno Ruhf the Amirul Rajiv's part of the exhibition came to Cox'sbazaar. Anisul Haque Chowdhury, Managing Director of Mermaid Cafe and Samiha Alam Bristy Director of Gallery Ark told that "We are happy to present photographer Amirul Rajiv's work. His conceptul work push the limit of the audience. Its our second exhibition. The first exhibition by renowned artist Ronni Ahmed was an successful event. And we will continue arranging that kind of show. We also opened " Owl Island Art Village" at "Penchar Dwip". We designed the village specially for the artists. Artist can work in a quite and peaceful environment and create their own studio space. You can also rent Gallery Ark 4000 BDT per week. Ark gallery also arranges art exhibitions from their own selection."
